Yes, you would still have problems. You need piggyback computer sensors to detect alcohol content. Justin just bought the parts for my Denali so I can still run E85 with the TVS2300, I'll have to ask him what that all encompassed, but I do know they are pricey.

7500 for the biggest kit on the 2.9 so I'd say 8k with tax. If I still wanted to off road would the 3000 yank be to much?

What is the benefit of the jack shaft? The only thing I see is the Camaro assy drive is built off the ls3 rather than the ls2. Why would this matter for our trucks?

I have an email into my rep on this.

Sent from an ice cream sammich.

I still don't see why the drive accy needs to be changed. It is changed on the Camaro so it would fit under the hood. So far as I can tell, no performance benefits.

We have many a customer who have Whipple 2.9Ls as well as TVS2300s, numbers are pretty darn close. We sell both, and both are great kits, just trying to figure out why someone would want to go to the hassle of changing the drive.

Placement of alternator or something I think was off. His truck made over 50 rwhp at same boost vs his old 2300 whipple and much cooler iat temps. He said his 2300 on a full blast no meth vs the 2.9 full pass no meth is over 30 degrees cooler at 12psi.

Ill see how this spray set up goes but the whipple 2.9 just looks killer on there. The look alone Is worth the price difference. Im going to be lowering it 4/6 and ill be taking pics. Doing a 390 40 17 mh drag radial I n rear and prob a 17x7 front set up or 8. Id love to see a 17x5 pizza cutter on it lol

I still think the SLP blows the Whipple and Magnachargers out of the water with looks. But the Heartbeat is very nice.

Initially considered putting a Vortech or a Whipple 2.9 on the Denali, but decided to pass after doing further research.

From all I've read all over the Whipple makes way more power easier even comparing 2.3 vs 2300

Comparing apples to apples on the dyno, says otherwise. But as I said, both good systems, can't go wrong with either.
