I'm convinced I must've hit something like a metal plate in the road. I contacted the ebay seller and am hoping he will replace the wheel since I've only had them ~30 days.

Ours too eventually but for some reason there's this habit of digging the asphalt up and laying a steel plate over it for a couple weeks prior to finishing up the patch

yea that only happens if there is like a sewer issue or something most the time they will close that lane and bust ass work and get it fixed within a day;..

Not a clue. But the owner is gonna be ******* pissed handle was on ground. It did not look pretty. Dad saw it. Walking came to dead stop. "Holy ****" pointing. I instantly laughed. Horrid day.
