Hello folks.
So I decided to do a write up on interior LEDs.

Here is my list for a full interior SMD LED conversion. These lights will replace ALL stock bulbs in the interior of your Tahoe or Yukon. If I'm missing something, let me know and I can add it to the list. I'm not sure if some models have glove box lighting or console lighting etc. If so, I'll add them.

From iJDMToys I purchased the following SMD LED bulbs:
1 x iJDMTOY 6 Lights Wide Angle Shine Deluxe SMD LED Interior/Complete Package for 2007 and up GMC Yukon or Denali (GMT900)
2 x iJDMTOY D29mm F30-WHP Fuse Type 6614F Sun Visor Vanity Mirror 5050 3-SMD LED light bulbs
Estimated Total (with shipping): $65.12

For Yukon XLs and Suburbans, you'll want to add the following:
1 x iJDMTOY 6-SMD 1.72" 42mm Festoon LED bulbs 578 211-2 212-2 214-2
This is for the 7th light in the cargo area of your XL or Burban. Since the bulbs are only sold in pairs, you'll end up with one extra bulb.
Estimated Total (with shipping): $81.11

In the next post, I have a write up on the bulbs accompanied by photos. I hope it is enlightening! (Get it?)

Hello folks.
So I decided to do a write up on interior LEDs. I purchased two sets, for comparison, from two different sources: SuperBrightLEDs & iJDMToy
Both of these bulb sets went on my 2008 GMC Yukon XL

From SuperBrightLED I purchased the following standard LED bulbs:
7 x 578 LED Bulb - 9 LED Festoon
(Part # 4410-CW9)
4 x Fuse LED Bulb - 1 SMD LED Festoon
(Part # F30-WHP-12V)
For the regular size Hoes and Kons, you would get 6 rather than 7 of the Festoon Bulbs.
My total cost from SuperBrightLEDs for those bulbs, including shipping came out to: $46.13

From iJDMToys I purchased the following SMD LED bulbs:
1 x iJDMTOY 6 Lights Wide Angle Shine Deluxe SMD LED Interior/Complete Package for 2007 and up GMC Yukon or Denali (GMT900)
1 x iJDMTOY 6-SMD 1.72" 42mm Festoon LED bulbs 578 211-2 212-2 214-2
2 x iJDMTOY D29mm F30-WHP Fuse Type 6614F Sun Visor Vanity Mirror 5050 3-SMD LED light bulbs
Again, for regular Hoes and Kons, you only 6 LEDs so you can just get the 6 bulb set and the vanity lights.
My total cost from iJDMToys, including shipping, came out to: $81.11

So, both companies shipped very quickly and everything arrived in good shape. I didn't need to contact either company so I don't know what their costumer service departments are like. In my opinion, I'm happier with the iJDM SMD LED set. It's alot brighter and they seem to fit a little better in the sockets which make them easier to install and aim. They are also noticeably brighter. For the extra money, I feel the SMD LEDs are the way to go. Below are my photos of the lights installed.

I installed the SuperBright LEDs first and the following are photos of them installed:

The following are comparison photos I took between the two different LED types and the stock bulbs:

Do appreciate the write up. Quick question: are these light dimmable? In other words, do they gradually dim as they turn off?
