Quick cell pic, will post nice / good pics tomorrow - still have to add a cutout valve this weekend, but as of now, I removed the last small factory muffler before the factory exit, added the Vararam intake, and two painted black 5" round (15% angle) Magnaflow tips - one coming out on each side of the rear bumper - centered in the angled bend of the bumper - looks hot!! ;)

Will it be hot? Any concern it melting the bumper?

Looks like a sick truck. Need better pics though. it looks like it is not flush and the cut out looks goofy, might be the pics though.

Haha, from the looks of your Tahoe, I wouldn't expect you to understand good taste in design, lol... :grd:

Not hot enough to melt anything, no. There's a good 1/4 - 3/8" left surrounding the opening that is getting a custom machined billet aluminum bezel (powdercoated gloss black)...

Thanks, more pics coming tomorrow... tips are not supposed to be flush, need some overhang so exhaust fumes don't leave nasty soot on the sides...

not my cup o tea. but to each his own.

I think an under cab exhaust dump would of served your truck better IMO.

I give you props for havin the balls to chop up your bumper!

Yes, I own a high end customization company called Supervettes. We "chop up" brand new Corvettes and make them insane; in a good way.

Here's some of our last projects:

I have seen some of your work before. The Vetts are sick you guys do. for the exhaust I am not to sure about it. I need to see the full truck. But IMO I think it would have looked a little Better flush with the bumper and a little smaller tips. They look like deisel tips. But look I said need full view of the truck

We put 4" tips on Vettes, they work perfectly. The Tahoe is a big truck. There's just a "right" way to do things... I think it fits the truck! ;)
