2013 Tahoe LT rear ac actuator.

Hello all! long time lurker here, I've been dealing with some rear ac actuator issues and was wondering how difficult this would be to repair. after scanning i get four ac codes (B0433-02, B0433-05, B0423-04 and, B0433-04) anyone have issues like mine? I'm able to move all the actuators and it's just the one that gets jammed. And are there any diagrams of my ac system?

Not bad, just need to remove trim and possibly loosen aux hvac case. (if actuator is on the backside..)

open the rear hatch and remove the trim pieces, top of hatch and bottom of hatch, then on the passenger side there is a hidden screw behind a small plastic piece about 3/4's of the way up the pillar, remove that then you can pull out the pillar cover, then you can pull out the passenger side hvac cover a bit.
the actuator you will need to replace is the one closest to the rear or just in front of the fan. it is easily accessed from the inside edge 2 screws probably 5.5mm, then a small harness and it pulls straight out.
after replacement you can pull the hvac fuse and then stick it back in and this will allow for a system self-re calibration.
put the covers and screw back in, done.

@doubelieve Having issues with hot always, figured it was blend door actuator. Changed the lower unit closest to the floor and slightly rear of the other actuator. Easy fix right. Put new one in place, tried initial relearn and I now have cold air back there, but only when I raise the temperature to 90 degrees. Completely opposite of the setting indicated

@doubelieve Having issues with hot always, figured it was blend door actuator. Changed the lower unit closest to the floor and slightly rear of the other actuator. Easy fix right. Put new one in place, tried initial relearn and I now have cold air back there, but only when I raise the temperature to 90 degrees. Completely opposite of the setting indicated

the control unit up front needs to be programmed to your vin if that was changed also.
