As the question states "What are the symptoms of your torque converter going out?"

***UPDATE***

So, it turned out that the OEM G80 Posi Traction went out. Having a local gear shop replace the OEM posi with an upgraded Detroit Locker/TracTeck posi. Just glad the trans didn't go out..

well for me I could feel it at low speed say 25-35 mph, a hesitation or jerky feeling while just rolling
that was really the only indicator I had, that was at around 120k
if you suspect yours is going bad better to get it addressed sooner rather than later, when it goes out it takes the pump out also.
the wear also affects the bell housing (6l80) it's much different than a 4 speed.

I think mine went out today for at low speed around 20mph the whole truck shakes and there is a loud clunk almost like I hit something, but when I get at higher speed it seems fine. Also, another funny thing when I make a left turn it almost feels like the rear wheels are locking up for you can hear the rear wheels dragging and skipping. I also noticed that the trans temp went higher than usual to around 175 it never went that high before.

6L80?

I think if you hook up a more advanced scan tool, you should be able to see excessive slippage if the the clutch material/backing disintegrated. That's a common failure on these units and causes significant damage to the pump.

We have a 2013 T&C minivan and that one has developed a TCC code. Apparently it's common on those 62TE transmissions to throw that code when the TC starts failing. I did the first fluid replacement recently and the magnet had a good amount of clutch material. I need to replace the torque converter to fix it. But no real drivability symptoms that I can tell, maybe a bit higher RPM on the highway? And worse fuel mileage on the highway for sure.

Yes it could be.
I’m starting to think it’s my reared and not the transmission for when I move the truck I can hear the back tires skipping / dragging. Against my better judgment I’m gonna drop it off at the dealer on Friday and see what they say. I just don’t have time to do it myself.
