I don't have any direct experience for this application, but my go-to for connecting hardware would be ARP (pricy). I think RA may sell dormans which may be stainless and cheaper.
I needed that laugh.

I’ve never had to do this job twice after replacing with ARP bolts.
If any bolts break while removing and you can’t get on it with a bolt extractor or vice grip, stick with left handed drill bits stepping up in size to twist it out. Worse case, drill and Heli-coil. The Dorman clamps are decent options depending on location of the broken bolt and are reliable at sealing.
Don’t forget the down pipe flange gaskets and new flange nuts. Use plenty of anti seize on those flange nuts when you assemble.
