So here’s the shorter version of my long ass story. I had a pioneer dmh-w3000NEX and everything was fine for months. I replaced the tweeters, messed around with the RCAs for the RSE and now all of a sudden I have static coming through my speakers? I sent the radio out to pioneer they couldn’t find anything wrong. I then said screw it got a whole new harness, and radio and still doing the same thing? I’m at a loss here

No telling, backtrack and maybe try to un-do whatever you did. If you have access to a tech2 you check each amp channel.
try some basic troubleshooting to narrow it down to front/rear/left/right. etc
I tried everything I know how. I disconnected each wire trying to narrow that down and that didn’t work. Grounding the head unit didn’t work. I’m not sure where to turn from here
your going to need to try other things, like plugging the stock radio back in, etc or take it to a audio shop. static could be coming from all kinds of things.
if you messed around with the rse, try unplugging it that will cut off the rear speakers, if you still have static then it's probably not the rse
