Bottom number was best pre EHA, and the top is the best since I had it disabled. So that’s your average MPG with engine half ass disabled? Nice…

Onboard mileage can be deceiving. Especially set to the last 25 miles. Manual calculations will absolutely be the only true way to determine your happiness, since it’s directly tied to your bank account. We made a trip back from the beach to OH a couple of years ago, averaging 81MPH. My mileage was 19.9 manually calculated. I was happy with a 6.2 getting those numbers.I’ve put about 800 miles on my BB tune mostly highway miles cruising from 72-79 mph depending on traffic. Saw my best mileage since EHA (@Marky Dissod )last 100 miles were running about 75 mph for most of it.

So it could actually be higher? Hopefully the miscalculations have remained consistent pre and post AFM tuning, I usually refuel at half a tank. (now that I’ve learned that the computer is off I can see myself doing a manual calculation to see just how off the computer is) How did your onboard mileage compare to your calculated mileage on that trip?Onboard mileage can be deceiving. 25 miles is not an indicator to get excited about. I’ve been tracking every gallon of fuel purchased for the last several vehicles. Sometimes they are close, sometimes not. No way to tell without math skills. My 21 is the “most” consistent with the vehicle my 2016 Tahoe. So it could actually be higher? call hellwig and tell the lady that answers you have some technical issues, she will transfer over to there main guy and he may have you text or email the pictures. they will get you straightened out. They should still be open till about 5 pacific time they are not far from me.Did I get a defective sway bar ? One side looks bent and both bushings cracked while I was torqueing them down. The one side that looks bent needed endlink 5 extra full rotations to be straight.
What gives ?!

Ended up emailing them they responded within the hour and offered to send me an entire replacement no fee. So their customer service is top notch guess i gotta do this all over again lol found a leaky shock in the back so time to do those as well , any recommendations for some slightly stiffer shocks in the rear ?( non magnaride and no auto levelcall hellwig and tell the lady that answers you have some technical issues, she will transfer over to there main guy and he may have you text or email the pictures. they will get you straightened out. bilstein 4600 or 5100, they may not necessarily be stiffer but they should last for a very long time they are good shocksEnded up emailing them they responded within the hour and offered to send me an entire replacement no fee. that bar must have been made on a friday before the superbowl at 4:59 pm lol. I have never seen a bent oneAwesome! That’s good to know.
Lifter dead ?actually I will probably just swap plug 1&3 when it cools back off a bit and see what happens, hot as ballz out right now
noo it runs fine, just a cold start misfire mainly, no noise or ticking, no rotational noise or anything, after the first 30 seconds or so (cold start) the misfire count pretty much goes away but still counts random here and there. I am "guessing" lazy injector if not the plug. It has "special coverage" for the injectors for like 15 years or something like that so obviously it's a known issue. I don't know if the coverage requires a specific code or not but there is no injector codes just what I can see with the scanner.Lifter dead ?
the injectors are under the intake on the k2's so it's going to the dealer for a deeper diagnostic since it has special coverage for the injectors. I don't have any way or the tools to load test a injector. I figure it is a 50/50 chance that they determine it is a injector or they find a electrical fault. If it is the injector then there should be no charge.Never forget to check for suspect wiring, in case it's NOT the injector itself.
If you switch the suspect injector to a different cylinder, does the fault follow the injector?
