We've seen this on other SUVs of this vintage. We need to get someone who's good with a 3D printer start making the replacements.
I agree! How many here have experienced either the windscreen supports or track glides break. I'm assuming there could be a potential market.
@Fast_AT4 @Just Fishing or anyone else with a 3D printer have any ideas on how we could get this done?

I know there are a few SunRoof repair kits over on eBay..
Their were more, but they were all the same I think.

I wonder if the two pieces shown at the top of the pic are the ones for the deflector. (?)
What is the overall size dimms?
I don't have one so I don't really know. Next time I'm at a Upull I'm going to check for sunroofs.
Hey! I know this is an older thread, but thought I would post here. I am looking for someone who can 3D print these sunroof pieces for my 2005 Tahoe. I've been Google searching for the 3D file, but can't locate one yet. Anyone? TIA!

I too have (similar) sunroof issues on my '02 Tahoe Z71. I looked far and wide and this was the only thing that I could find. I haven't pulled the trigger yet, due to cost and unknown quality.
Please keep us updated.
Anyone else having trouble with the link? All I get is a 1 pixel screen. These "rover" links usually don't seem to work for me, but I'm not sure if that's the issue or not.

How about trying an eBay search on "Fits 2000-2006 GMC Yukon, 1500 XL & 2500 XL Sunroof Repair Kit"... perhaps it is this forum, as I too get the single pixel.

No joy with any of those links.
I agree and humble apologies from my end for what I posted. One more try, here is the eB item number: 265824033209.
I was able to access the item in a search from eB and goog. I do not beleive the "parts fit" works on this, as my '02 tahoe shows its the incorrect part. Let us know if you have success in locating this.
