these endlinks are better and lifetime warranty, just remember it's a pack of 1 so you need 2

Decided to side line the sway bars until I some sort of deal came up. Partly because another deal came up. Found a new 220a alternator for $120 plus shipping, so I figured that was a good enough deal to hold off of the sway bars (for now). Also, my replacement HUD trim piece came in from GMPartsDirect. I hope to install this today...depending on when Christmas Band concerts are done. This one is actually silver!

I need my glasses checked. I think your post is about alternators but the center of the pic is a trim piece shot.

On the previous page I had a post where eBay sent me the wrong color trim piece for my HUD retrofit. I ended up ordering one from the dealer and it finally came...after 2 weeks and an invalid tracking number from GMPartsDirect. It randomly showed up, so this was kind of a surprise! I'll edit the post to mention it.

Get OEM ones for the fronts and Duralast Gold for the rears. I tried the Duralast gold for the front but it made the ride stiff and they didn’t settle correct when I torqued to 18lbs. factory spec. I changed to oem and all was good. The rears I recommend Duralast gold which is more thicker and they have grease fittings too and lifetime warranty.

That's the point of adding the hellwig sways bars and good endlinks "to stiffen up the ride"

if I have the BB AutoCal do I still need to invest in a scanner for my truck. 2015 Y-SLT, I’m an intermediate/moderate mechanic so for major stuff I’m probably not tackling it anyway.

Pretty satisfied with how this whole project turned out. My son and I swapped in a brand new (kinda) 220a GM alternator. The regulator had a broken connector so I showed him how to remove the stock alternator's regulator and swap it over. After that, we designed a Megafuse mount, and wired it in. Everything came out pretty damned good, for less than $200. Only thing I have left to do is reprint the mount in TPU instead of PETG since I ran out.

as long the wire is rated for more than that fuse then you are good to go, if not then there is a risk of fire. that is the point of having a fuse rated at a lower rating than the wires. In case of a short circuit the fuse blows and prevents a fire.

That is another reason I mounted the fuse where I did. I wanted it as close to the battery as I could.

These are what I got, except I found them on marketplace lightly used. Definitely a chore to install. Took me a whole weekend, but it was also was my first time doing headers and I'm a notoriously slow and steady worker. I do have 4wd, and didn't have any clearance issues. I changed my spark plugs at the same time, couple places mentioned that removing them gives more space to slide in and piece of mind that you won't break one. You'll need a variety of shallow and deep sockets, extensions, swivels, wrenches, etc. There are numerous helpful install videos on YouTube, especially for Silverados, but the process is the same. WOT sounds like a flock of bald eagles.
Tsp catted y pipe do much for the smell?
