Does anyone carry tools in their Yukon/Tahoe? If so, what tools and where do you store them? In my 2003 suburban I carry a floor jack because their is room under the rear seats. But the new Denali does not have that space.. I do put a few items in the console like disinfecting wipes, a rag, a flashlight and a Leatherman multi tool. I also have a small dash cleaning brush. How about you folks?

My firearm is a tool and that goes with me everywhere. I also carry a tactical knife in a hidden area. I have ratchet straps and bungee cords and my tow stinger and coveralls and flashlight and shop towels. I have the known working jack and tire equipment that came with the Tahoe. It really depends on where I am going and how far.

Because I travel long distances fairly often, I keep a canvas toolbag with a full assortment of sockets, common impact sockets (especially a 21mm for the lugs), extensions, swivels, pliers, vice grips, combination wrenches, wire cutters, a tire repair kit and miscellaneous other items. I also use a trunk organizer from Costco that holds a Schumacher booster/compressor/power supply, a first aid kit, a Bauer 1/2" drive battery-powered impact wrench, rags, Kleenex, sun shade, sunscreen, bug dope, and a few other things. Oh, and some electronic LED roadside flare pucks.

I recently had a flat tire on the highway with a carful of family members late one night, so the impact wrench came in real handy.

I have 2 milk crates full with this stuff:

WD40
jug washer fluid
1 spray bottle wash fluid
1 squeegee
jug antifreeze
jug oil
funnel
rags
mutli-tool box kit
aftermarket 1/2" lug wrench with multi socket
small hydraulic floor jack
few towels
1 blanket
1/2" extensions and 12 point 9/16 socket for the rear spare winch because the factory winch bar setup sucks

Probably a few other things I am forgetting.

I keep a hand duster in one of the seat back pockets for cleaning the dash at the driver thru.

In my driver door pocket I keep a rag and an absorber. Just used that absorber yesterday cause it was a monsoon. Wipe down the door and window switches if they get wet.

5 kids. If anything happens, I’ll make them do it. Oh, and a phone and charger so I can text pics of them doing all the work.
(But seriously, a leatherman, a small pocket knife, and lots of napkins and plastic forks)

Portable 2000amp battery jump starter is stowed under a rear seat. OBD scan tool and Leatherman in the center console. Aftermarket collapsable lug wrench in rear jack storage. Cleaning items in driver's side rear storage box with tie down straps.

When traveling away from home a tool box with most used tools is secured all the way in the back.

Once I become competent using a Tech2 and MPVI3 they'll be added with a laptop when traveling.

I forgot I keep a roll of TP in the center console. Multiple uses. And a handful of plastic grocery bags. I always keep one hanging hanging off a phone charger plug in port pass side as a trash bag.

as some already noted a tool bag is usually in the back just because I never bother to take it out very often, small 12v air pump.
in the jack storage area there is lots of extra room so jumper cables in case I need to help some one out that gets the most use's
usually in a parking lot .....
i also have a tow strap and d-rings, zip ties, duck tape, gloves, just misc crap like a ratchet strap (never know when you might need to tie a kid to the roof)
small code reader in the center console also usually used to help some one else out
hot spot, extra usb cables & chargers, band aids, extra fuses, expandable baton (what I call an equalizer) illegal but it likely won't get me prison time (hate this state).

Glove box a zip lock bag full of fuses and bulbs. Knife. Couple screwdrivers. Plastic trim tool. Pair of prescription glasses in a case I am supposed to wear when I drive but never do. Think I have a reach magnet tool in there too.

I keep a flashlight in my man purse.

Fishing bag I use as the man purse carrying my daily essentials. I always like to be packed so I can get ghost for a few days if needed.

Have you looked at keeping a Bryna LE nearby?
i have not I have seen some ad's for similar product's. I will check it out though.
anything with co2 though I always wonder how long the cartridge can be inserted before it leaks out rendering it useless
be nice if it had a gauge like a fire extinguisher that you could check from time to time

Where to start lol! Chainsaw, bar oil, premixed fuel, a few tow straps, a couple of shovels, loppers and toppers, chain, canvas bag of box and open end wrenches, bin box of sockets and wrench. Sandpaper, some files, moldy old nasty egg mcmuffin, 12v compressor, ... Maybe it is simpler to say, "A whole bunch of stuff that can, and has, been necessary to get from my home across the creek and 3 miles of ranch roads to the end of pavement at our entry gate. Jumper cables...the area behind 2nd seats with 3rd seats folded is full about 18" high. At first I wasn't too keen on this 03 Yukon Denali but I do like the parts prices compared to my 98 Landy Disco that had 2 sunroofs and both leaked massively. I do miss that poor old beast but am becoming more attached to the new, "Beastie Blanc." Peace and out from SE edge of SF Bay Area.

Got FatMax hanging on the B pillar. In todays climate it matters what you can avoid using (but still have). Most of the time that involves less. “A big mouth don’t make a big man”.

That last quote took a long time to put into practice but literally a lifesaver. Usually end up helping others more than my own breakdowns anymore.

Pulled the YXL across a two lane road a few years to block traffic that wouldn’t stop for some chump that took out a guy on his soft tail. It always comes back as karma.

Stuff like a total stranger stepping up to a cop called on me by a fake parking lot incident after supposedly hitting a car. Lady reneged her statement after that and prolly getting cited for filing a fake report with her cronies.

This response reads like an excerpt from a John Gierach novel!
