If you have a 1999-2006 gmc Chevrolet suv/truck with the g80 4wd rear axle with dual pistons mine failed and will not hold brake pressure at the pedal while running

bad seals, it happens
Yep it just sucks because it can’t wait I’ve been waiting at the shop for 2 hours I may be here for up to 6 more hours due to it being a Sunday on Friday i couldn’t get any brake pressure despite bleeding straight to floor no resistance, woke up waiting for tow truck tow truck arrived and I magically had brake pressure because it’s colder the bad seals sealed enough to allow my truck to be flat bed towed

I figured because it happened to me it’ll happen to someone else if they don’t get them checked out
just happens from age, part of owning a older vehicle, the gmt800 stuff seems to hold up slightly better than the gmt900 I have already been thru 2 sets of front calipers, finally bought some heavy duty new oem towing rated calipers
