Ddm hids

Okay well i messed up....

I ordered my 55 watt hids from ddm and i messed up and chose the the 9005 bulb, but at the time i thought that was my low beam, but actually that is the hi beam bulb, if i was to purchase a h11 bulb which is the low beam will that bulb plug into my ballast or are the ballast bulb specific? Thanks

You can just order the bulbs, the 55 watt ballast is interchangeable with different bulbs. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER A NEW WIRE HARNESS AT THE SAME TIME. Wire harnesses are needed for sure for a 55 watt ballast.

Yep, the relay is part of the harness. Your Tahoe is looking clean bro, and the HIDs will be a nice addition.
What color are you going with? Just my opinion, but I would stay under 7000K for the best lighting quality and looks.

when i was looking at the chart it said the 55 watt makes the light look alot whiter than the 35 watt, i went with the 10000k 55 watt bulbs

In my opinion, the 7000K 55 watt HIDs are the perfect color. You are pretty ******* blue with 10Ks

yeah i had 6000k in my f150 and they was perfect not to blue and not so white, they barely had a blue tint to em

Thats what I got. They are crazy bright. My friend has 5% tint on his charger and he said they wouldnt bug him. Lol they bugged him.

yeah that sucks looks like i will buy a cheap set off of ebay...they are probably china made but isnt everything these days almost china made?? lol

During the week I am a good amount, but not much over the weekend.
I guess the reason why it look like that is because I post to help others, instead of just reading what people say ad going about my business.
