More Ummph on take off?

What is the best way to get more umph on take off? Love my truck but a little more power would be nice. It is a 99 4x4 if it makes a difference. I don't mind driving like a grandpa most of the time, but sometimes i need a little extra. Anything cheap and somewhat easy?

change the pinion gear to a different ratio, probably a little cheaper to just swap the front diff & rear axle out though with one that is already like 3.73
