@Logan5 - tasteful mods. I want to get a wood wheel next! I had a hell of a time getting the end caps to not overlap the plastic "base" on mine. Fiddled with it for a couple hours, sliding things in and out. Now the end caps are on but I have a few gaps in the base. Good enough for now, future Matt's problem.

My wife started adding up receipts... let's just say new bolts are definitely out of the budget now, lol. Except for exhaust bolts, what do I have to get so they aren't breaking off in the head like the stock ones?

Yup, I live right around the corner. You in NY now?

Yeah up near Albany.

That blue house across the street in your pic, the one with the funny little round window was tickling my hindbrain. It's been ~20 years since I was there but I feel like I remember it.

No, nothing that good/cool. I've been here almost 7 years, and the house was abandoned for about 4 of those years. Just some messed up family $hit. Guy took his family and just left in the middle of the night--before the cops came for him.

eBay bench harness for some programming action. I prolly could have made it myself, but sourcing connectors and lazy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ LOL. Seemed less risky than on-vehicle since I don't want to buy one of the power maintainers for constant voltage.

After we bought our house last year, I discovered the seller was in the mob during the '70's.
( He did his time)...... Uh, remember the movie " French Connection"? He was one of them!

He's a nice guy.... Loves Bochy Ball..... Go figure...

I've been having intermittent -becoming less intermittent.. issues with my rearview mirror. I assume I'll just have to swap it, but if there's a way to reflow solder joints or anything like that, I'm game.. anyone else have this problem..?

My 03 Tahoe did the exact thing. I’m sure your right a solder joint may need reflowing. I was lazy, ended up just buying one off eBay. Think it was around $40.
