Wow. almost $7k over MSRP. Hey man - good for you if you can afford it and that's what you want to spend based on your needs. I will never judge or criticize you - so please don't take me for being rude or saracstic.

But for all those saying expect a correction in the car pricing market - this is why you wont get one.
Completely agree, corrections are based on supply and demand. Currently there is no supply of Dmax/Max Tow, but the demand is still there. As I said if we hadn’t traded in our minivan we would have waited it out. While most regions are fine using a truck as a daily driver, once it gets to be 110 every day for the next 6 months you can’t put your groceries in the bed. We’ve been using a cooler or putting what we can under the kids feet, but after a year we were over it. And as you said we can afford it so it’s not a huge deal for us.

Did the salesman say why it's a used vehicle (3100 miles)? Was it a demo a dealer/salesman drove, someone bought but returned or traded because they didn't like, etc?

as far as MSRP...go to any random chevy dealer's website, go to a new car and see if they have the option to view the window sticker (if the dealer doesn't - the next dealer you look up will probably have that functionality)...after you pull up the window sticker, take your VIN and replace the VIN in the link with your tahoe's VIN...window sticker should pull up...

other options are...the carfax will sometime have a link to the original window sticker...you could do the same process for pulling a carfax as the above...may only work from the dealer you bought it from

there are random websites out there that will pull it for you...some you have to pay for

or put your VIN at the end of the link below (copy and paste the link into your browser and then add your VIN)

That’s awesome, I got that to work on my new Silverado I’m waiting on!!

Guy traded it in on a MB GLC I believe was the model. They had a clean CarFax, and the panel gaps were all straight. And I’m guessing that pearl paint isn’t the easiest to match so I don’t think it was hit in any way. Based on the interiors if you didn’t actually need to use the third row, or in my case tow I can easily see why you would go with the MB. They had 2 barely used ones there that were both cheaper than this Hoe. After having it for a few days I would say that the interior in the 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie we traded for this was far nicer in some aspects such as material feel and stitching. This thing is nice, but I expected more… would be curious to have a Denali for a few days to compare since this is the Tahoe equivalent, but in my opinion a step down still.

I’ve never driven a ram but I would say the new rams interior as far as seats looks nicer than the new chevys Tahoe/Silverado...I’m not a fan of huge screens, I like physical buttons so I prefer the Chevy and I like the looks of Chevy over ram. It’s all preference I think, if u like the looks of something then get that. And me personally I think the big 3, Tahoe/Yukon/esky are the nicest rigs on road. I do double takes when I see one especially the eskys, I love the new ones. Are the navigator and expedition nice, yea sure but I don’t think they look as nice and cool exterior wise as the GM’s.

If you have stupid money, you buy things, try them and if you don't like them in 6 months, you ditch them and try something else. I see low mileage trades all the time here in FL that I can't believe. Prices to match. But there are also tons of retired well-heeled people spending their kids' inheritances too...
Huge difference in a GLC vs Denali though. You don't buy one of these unless you truly need the room.... There are better SUV's in the size notch down below these....

GM has been behind for a while...we usually trade every two years - try and trade with less than 80k as we average 40-45k a year on the "family" vehicle...switched from Tahoes to Yukons about 10 yrs ago...have a 21 AT4 and agree the exterior looks good - but the interior is 5yrs or so behind what it should be. The infotainment system on our accord is more refined on a $25k car than the $75k AT4.

The 12" screen on the Rams is a little much - but you're right about the Ram's interior - most people are still brand loyal and won't even test drive one, but they are nice...have a 2022 3500 and purposely ordered 8.4 screen because of it (the 1500s interior is nicer than the HDs)...

Our AT4 has been a nightmare, hopefully will be out of it in a week or so as we are going back to a more basic Z71 Tahoe, mainly because we need the room and Tahoe/Yukons are still the best option in this category...

Interior is why I went w/ Denali over Suburban...Mostly because I don't like all black interiors, and didn't think the Mocha color went will with my chosen Satin Steele exterior. (Yes, I know lots of folks love black interiors, I am not one. I like strawberry ice cream too!!!). Everyone that gets in my Light Shale/Teak interior raves about how good it looks (yes, keeping it clean is a bit of a challenge, but I am up for that). Had a friend who recently rode in someone's HC in Mocha, and he said he prefers the Denali interior.

Denali interior has real wood, real aluminum, leather/soft touch on dash, center console, doors, more integrated Infotainment (although some prefer the higher up one on the non Denali/Chevys), I think the Denali dash looks better.
Denali also gets actual leather on the whole front seat, vs just the center panels, and actually gets leather in row 2 vs fake leather. The only other real difference is the electronic limited silp rear diff vs the mechanical (Eaton Locker, I think) on the Suburban.

Exterior looks wise, I slightly prefer the Denali, but it really wasn't a factor in my decision...except that the default Denali 22" Wheels look way better than the default Suburban ones.

So far, no nightmares here...hoping it stays that way.

If you equip a HC as close as possible to my XL Denali, the price diff is about $3k.

Congrats on the new ride, BTW...Some days I still wish I would've gotten white.

Completely agree in the screen comments. Most everyone always said oh you must love the screen in the Ram and both the wife and I prefer the Tahoe set up already. The ram screen was the wrong orientation and it was too clunky to get to the things you wanted to regularly access, mainly ventilated seats since we’re in AZ. I definitely would have preferred the Denali for both interior and exterior aesthetics. And that’s very interesting on the locker, had no idea.

I'm a stock wheel kind of guy and very much dislike 95% of the aftermarket offerings but I'm in full agreeance with you about those stock high country wheels being quite ugly...
