New here with questions before (Edit: bought on 12/22) pulling the trigger on a 2026 High Country

Congratulations on your new High Country!

I love mine and I got every option but Super Cruise and I kick myself every time for not getting it!

The HUD is great and I like having the info on windshield, like the speed limit, what my cruise is set for and my playlist when changing songs.
Ventilated seats are fantastic and I use the sunroof a lot and mostly at night.

Rear view mirror camera is great as I always carry gear that obstructs the regular view

Besides Super Cruise the only thing that every Tahoe needs is better brakes!
That’s my next purchase is the Brembo Performance brakes for the front.

100% about the brakes. I just bought a 2026 RST with the standard brakes and it can barely stop!

Maybe I will upgrade them as well down the line.

But maybe I’m biased and not used to “normal” brakes as my other car has 6 piston brembos and it really bites hard.

Try new pads first. The factory pads really suck. I'll be looking for something with more bite soon for my 2026 AT4 Ultimate myself.
