eh I was just poking around the idea of having a 9 passenger on stand by, I don't mind working on one as long as it's not beat to hell

I have a local guy that fixes them and can probably read the existing mileage off the eprom, working on the clusters is not for me unless it's something really simple

Well, chit, I take it back. Since I've never looked for the mileage on the Tech 2 I decided to have a look-see. On my '04 I can read it in the Instrument Cluster Data 2 screen.

I thought I had seen it on my nnbs but there is a less functions with the nbs and the 05 is not here for me to check, thanks!

Well wtf, I just found it too. Not sure what was wrong with me the first time I tried. Well there ya go. Would ya look at that.
went and looked at it, hard pass
sure enough the display was out, obd was out, swapped in a fuse to power the obd 317k!
powertrain seemed fine but the interior was trashed, radio was gone, hole cut in dash, ac control missing the cover, door panels ripped up and torn, dirty.
he said it had cloth interior over the phone but it was leather and trashed as well
o'well $1600 I guess can't always expect too much lol

Ehhh 200k, 300k whatevs lol.
if it had less than 200k on it I might have made an offer and got interior from the junkyard, I see he dropped the price already to $1300 now that he knows what the mileage really is lol
Yeah, it's like I never went into that second data menu before, so I didn't have any idea was there either.

Is that a factory feature or a custom install?
Factory, apparently. I've seen one in the Upulls, but it wasn't in good shape. Seems to be rare.

Not really rare. My 03 has it. The new oem parts don't have it tho. When the lights are on it lights green, and when the lights are off another light is red--so there's 2 lights.
Where is this other 'red' light?
