So that center hose in that kit is defective?? My rig is an 05. Planning on checking under rear end tomorrow during the day.
Yes, for mine, we could not get a seal, because the fitting on the Goodridge part was too long, preventing a seal from being possible. [emoji107] this is why I had the line made. I copied the OEM replacement part, and will return that, once the stainless replacement is installed, and I know it fits.

What's with the cable on the striker?

I have two carabiner clips on either end of a length of paracord. I attach one to the latch, and one to the pull handle on the inside of the lift gate. This prevents my lift gate from hitting my garage door when I'm parked in the garage and need to access my cargo area. It's basically a limiter on how high the lift gate will open to avoid scratches.

Put on some cheap no name fog light stock replacements. As usually reported, they're kind of flappy/loose. Might have to cannibalize the stock brackets. And I realized I had no clue what I was doing when I tried to use clear silicone to seal the lense. It looks bad...but since I rarely look down there I'm just going to wait until these crap out a d try on another pair....or just pay the price and get OEM.

I did that a few years ago and the fog lights rusted and leaked. I recently replaced them with a set of OEM fog lights (including brackets) and I'm much happier. Wish I'd followed the "buy once, cry once" motto the first time around.

Yep, they’re not even very expensive either.

So after the last project which saw a new gear box, pitman,idler and bracket. Steering feels great! However I want to get the upper arms and lower ball joints done too. Got these coming next week! This will complete my front end so I can install my 08 Tahoe front brske swap. But I also bought more tools and I'm waiting on front brakes to at least squeak! Pads were replaced last year
