Yup. You have to swap the lower dash pieces to match the 03-06 style.

I think so. It's pretty heavy--it has EVERYTHING still on it--cd, sub, sub enclosure, amp etc, etc.

I just installed an 03 to 06 console in my 01. Looks great. I had to drill a couple holes to get the console bolted to the floor and there's a slight gap up front but I think it looks really good. If you'd like a picture or any info let me know.
