Don’t put it on the belt- put it on the pulley lip itself, and wedge it so the pulley can’t move. Then put your big ass wrench on it and WHACH THAT *****!
Sorry, that's what I actually did--on the pulley, but the belt was between the clamp and pulley.

Phosphoric acid is the main active ingredient. There is a product called KrudKutter that works ok too. Wont cure rot but will slow frame rust.
I need something that I can spray on the lower sills and it'll stick to do its job.

So did it hold it or did the pulley spin? I’m trying to figure out what the problem was, you never said other than “it didn’t work”. What exactly didn’t work- did the pulley spin or you couldn’t get the fan bolt to turn? :mad:

I tightened the C clamp on the pulley, and the belt was between the 2. Tightened the fu$k out of it. I then threaded wire through the holes in the pulley, and then wrapped that wire around the alt bracket--to hold it steady. I wacked it 4-5 different times and each time it didn't work. Either the C clamp eventually fell off or the wire that was holding the pulley in place would break. After 4-5 times I got fed up and said screw it. I used wire because the A1 vid said that would work--it didn't. I was just trying to get everything off to give my self more room to tighten up the steering box.

Take the damn belt off. Use a big pair of vice grips if your c- clamp isn’t holding it good enough. The belt is just fu**ing it up being on. There’s a space on the passenger side towards the top that’s great for the clamp or vise grips to fit into where they can’t move much. Then be manly with the hammer on that wrench dammit. Tell it who’s boss. You need to get it off to do your e-fan eventually.

Yeah. Those stupid high heels are really slippery in the cold lol. Next time I mess with the steering box I'm gonna do what you said. Motivation is low at this time.

And worrying if the wind is gonna blow your skirt up and the neighbors seeing your thong all buried up your hairy ass is probably distracting too.

@Scottydoggs came by today to give me a hand with this beyotch. COOL ASS CAMARO--btw :D. Scott was able to scan my tune with his hp tuners. One of the O2 sensors looked a little "lazy" on the tune. I'd like to go with an AcDelco if the price is right. I googled but got a few different part numbers. Anyone know which would be a correct number? They are a little expensive, so I'd be willing to look at a Denso or NGK--possibly. Anyone have any suggestions? Something affordable. @Dantheman1540 @Rocket Man @915_Tahoe @Doubeleive ?

I use Bosch. Just look it up on RockAuto. For an 03 Escalade or Denali 6.0 I see 15282. 02s show a different number, 13686. These are for upstream. Double check though.

Denso made the ACDelco oxygen sensors that I bought for the avalanche...had it stamped right on the body
