Not sure why it seems different. It looks to be the same size and angle but for whatever reason I feel like it doesn’t stick out as much from the column like the NNBS shifter did, and I feel like it doesn’t sit as low when it’s in gear. Low gear yes it sits kinda low but that’s expected. Here’s where it sits when I’m in DRIVE:

Lol. Nice. Yeah, that certainly seems like a better angle than my NNBS shifter.. hmm. Man y’all are good at helping spend money..! I may have to get a “Maple Sugar” one for my tan Yukon interior.. [emoji16][emoji106][emoji631]

I mean spending each other’s money around here is a well known practice.... :D

Hope he doesn’t get into customers’ vehicles with dirty shoes like that.
Nope.... I put rags down when I get in and it to move them around and if I have to crawl around the interior while I’m scrubbing and whatnot, I take my shoes of haha. And I put towels down over my floorliners in my truck.... lol

Also did another steering wheel but this time I tried a different leather dye tactic and I actually really like it. Picked up a kit from a company called leather world technologies. It’s a liquid spray dye and the color came out really good. A little rough on the backside where some drips formed but no biggie. Like I have said before, my skills aren’t totally perfect when it comes to this kind of project. I also decided to do darker colored grips since I did a really dark colored carbon fiber wrap on the console pieces over the factory grey. Still gotta decided how I’m gonna do the main dash bezel but for now that’ll have to wait. More pressing issues to attend to.....
