I hate to say it, but that is serious structural damage. You can probably bend it back, but if that area takes a hit again it will not "fight" the crumple like its supposed to. Like if someone was to T bone you, you've already lost quite a bit of the integrity of that metal and the cab could fold way easier than it should.
If it was just a trail rig I'd say hammer away, but this may need a professional opinion.

I've asked a few places there saying they would remove the motor and complete front end. Find a donor cut weld and so on. Thinking about striping it. Don't think its worth California body shop prices

Thanks Tonyrodz. Time to make some hard decisions. Jus purchased a stud welder. Going to c if it will make it move it out so the hammer can flatten it out. Lot of work but I'll will b sure to post the pics.

Please do. Maybe you could cut out a piece from your local PnP and rivet it in yourself? If not you could always buy a rolling chassis in good shape and transfer parts over. You have the perfect donor.

Yeah the cut and paste. Chassis is good. But how will the body transfer work registration wise?

I'm not sure how it works in your state, but in NJ, everything would register under the new to you vin. As long as you got a clean title for the new chassis you'd be good to go. Doesn't matter that you'd be transferring all your old parts over. Def check out your local laws tho, you don't want to get jammed up with some DMV bs.
