Redid the puddle lights . I committed a crime in the GM world. Had to be done. Sacrificed for these eagle eyes.

I’ll plastidip the oem lens part to hide it and make it blend in. Nobody will see it except cats, dogs , and small children and little people and chickens because they can’t fly

It does a lot , huge difference. They’re cheap online , get one and try it out. Not like you have any truck payments

This is very true my first month without a truck payment this week... lol. I just might try it! Do they make them vehicle specific or size specific. Like how do I search and find the correct one I would need?

Come live in Alaska for a week see how your jambs hold up. You forget I use to live in Cali so I know you only need to wash your truck once only 4-5 times a year

Did you forget that I live in a ski town with salty snowy roads for 4-5 months of the year?! Or that I live in the mountains and that anytime I drive off the mountain and back up I’ve murdered thousands of insects and have the evidence on the front end of my truck to prove it?!?! Lol Also I’m a detailer so my ride is always clean whenever there’s not inclement weather.... my door jambs stay clean even in winter... lol

I will say those insects are the worse down there. Never ending battle with them little buggers.
6-7 months of winter here is just too much for anyone, trust me.
but yea I have been slacking. Still needs it’s spring cleaning and it’s June already

Added a genuine GM battery cover that didn’t fit so I just cut it to fit :facepalm:

Finally swapped out the 4 gauge amp wire with 1/0 gauge. All my main wires are now 1/0. Holy crap did it make a difference. That 4g was choking power to the amp. Now it’s got full amperage and everything sounds like it’s bass booster now. So next will be to retire that ol L7 and either get a new one or something different.

So much wire loom lol . It’s “hidden” , might reroute some wires later.
It’s nice since I have the 2nd battery on the passenger side I can run all my extra wires like the amp wire off that without being super crowded.

Replaced my cheap chine rgb drls with less cheaper just white led bulbs. Wanted something that showed off the leds to give the housings a yellow look. Idk I just like the look

wrapped the light housings. These are junk yard donors (have a bunch) . Noticed some have a tougher finish than others. Weird but interesting to see

Backing into the garage I was watching my niece making sure she’s not running by instead of watching the garage wall and heard a crack. Wish I had a cooler story like gone in 60 seconds 25 second mark)

Surprised I didn’t crack or damage the housing itself. Luckily they’re cheap online . Found a new glass for $30 and ordered it up

(p.s. one of my favorite movies of all time, watch it at least once a week)
