I think that's why everyone goes to the smaller tubed header--low end grunt. Seems alot of times 1 7/8 is too big for the stop light to stop light everyday use.

Bought them used and with the long term hopes of forced induction. We will see.

I wonder if not having cats is why you feel lost low end torque. Is your new cam still a VVT one?

No, VVT delete. I’ve had catted vehicles with the same issue.

Well obviously you need to hang on to them, for the next mod.. turbo, or S/C? [emoji106][emoji16][emoji631]

It’s hard for me to drop that kind of cash. Ideally I would go with a supercharger. I could see that easily going over 10k, I bought this thing for 20...
Might go with a small turbo if the cost savings is enough. But even then idk if I’ll pull the trigger.

Another thing to note. The exhaust tone/chop at idle is noticeable different when on 93 vs E85. I’ve always ran E85 until recently. With 93 it sounds more aggressive.
