Forgot all about this little guy. Installed a light few years back after I got tired of pointing out where the cup holders were to passengers who can’t finger out life or understand how vehicle interiors work. Had a burnt out cheap eBay China led there. Replaced it with a jdmastar white led to match the same bulb in the center console which matches the switches for a complete and uniform look.
camera is picking up way too much light, they’re not shining bright in person like in the pic . Need to play with the settings on this iPhone 11 Pro more, I know it can do better.

So after this being the longest I’ve ever owned a vehicle I realize that it’s worth it to spend a little more money and buy quality led bulbs.

As long as they know what they’re doing, you should be fine. I had 2-3 fings in my truck and the guy I called came to me and you cannot see anything..

Me too , I have some good resources I trust who know how particular I am with my Tahoe say that he’s the bees knees

When I worked at a bmw dealership in Bellevue WA as a detailer I almost got a job as a dent repair guy but at the time I couldn’t switch jobs because I couldn’t afford to possibly skip a week of pay. Don’t miss living pay check to pay check.

Not anyone can do dent repair and be good at it. Gotta have the feel for it. I almost took it when I went to school for interiors. I should've.

The guy who was doing it wanted to hire me after he saw my detail work . He knew I would have the eye for it, would just need to teach me the process. I watched him quite a bit while at work. I wanted to do it but at the time wasn’t possible. Very good skill to learn. Just thinking about as only side work would be worth the knowledge

Got a schedule for a new windshield replacement. Forgot I have a zero deductible on my insurance and could’ve got a new one long time ago, and another and another if I want lol . Jk I’m sure there’s a limit.
As you can tell the crack is noticeable and it’s one other thing people point out and make me feel bad about myself and then I cry in inside

started from the middle fat left. Of course it stretches right in front of my view and keeps going all the way completely to the other side of the windshield

Seen chipping on the 2 inside bracket covers that I got from a different Tahoe that I painted with SEM. So this time around just going with a flat black plastidip on all 4. It’ll look good and I think it will hold up better, we will see.

Ditto. I have a bunch in the driver door. One guy I talked to basically said good luck getting those out. He was a rip-off anyway for what he wanted, but does good work. I need to find a guy / shop that’s really good, and not second-mortgage expensive.

buudy of mine use to work at safelite, so that’s who I used. His buddy Jr came to install it. Sat there and *********** with him, of course we know the same people lol. Small town

Also hooked me up with a can of their cleaner. I’m done using the cheap stuff. Tired of streaks

Happy with the look of these covers being black. Was afraid it might look too “bass model” but it ties in with the black seat brackets and the other subtle black pieces in the interior (handles, speaker grilles, door lights).

Wow. I can’t even express how happy I am on how this turned out . All the dings came out perfectly. Trucks looks like it’s only 2 or 3 years old. Now it needs its yearly spring cut and buff

I always park on the back but now I’m gonna have to bring cones lol. Dent Dude did great work, I was speechless when I first seen it in his shop. May not big a big deal for most people but for me it’s something I’ve wanted to take care of since I got the truck but didn’t have the extra money.
