Keep us posted! And I asked my auto tech instructor about the shaking steering wheel and he said that if it's only when I'm accelerating then I might be about to sling a U-joint But he said that if it's at certain speeds then I could've just slung a wheel weight. In other news, I'm dropping the 'Hoe off after school today to get the windows tinted. I'm tired of it being a fishbowl I'm getting the darkest legal on the front windows and 20% on the back

I forgot to mention that my 02 is a barn door model Tahoe. There are some out there for it but as an oldster of almost 67 years old I am looking for a more plug and play set of lights and know that the led lights need resistors installed. The search continues but thank you.

These didn't need resistors. They have them built in and required just the removal of the old lights and the installation of these.

Plus, all you need to do to make lights work on a barn door model is a little dremel work--not much from what was posted.

There are barn door lights out there and I found a complete set I like thru ANZO. I just like to have options. Also, as I said, I want the ones with the resistors in the light so I can just plug and play.

Not to make light of the situation, but you do have to be impressed with how far the concrete piling was moved

WTF? You ran into a huge steel bollard? Looks fixable to me. Are you ok?

I'm fine, just really shaken up. And I ran into a concrete light pole. Lost control in the rain. It's not fixable. The frame is bent up 4 inches on the passenger side and pushed in 3 inches. The top of the motor is against the firewall and the transfer case is up against the skid plate

Honestly I thought the same thing when I looked at the picture for the first time after the shock wore off. I really wasn't going very fast, only about 20 or 30. My did still doesn't believe me about that

Yeah it was a good thing I was in the Tahoe. I'm going to miss her dearly. What a ****** way to start off the new year

Oh man!! Glad you are ok. Sorry for the Tahoe, but grateful for the Tahoe to take a hit on the nose and you walk away without major injuries. NBS did its job.
