2013 Yukon Denali/Cowl

Hello, I been searching high and low for a custom windshield cowl for my 2013 Yukon Denali xl. I attached a pic

I've never seen those. What is the purpose for it, just to hide the wipers?

only one I have seen was a street scene and it wasn't anything special and there called wiper cowl, the one you pictured is not a GM vehicle

That looks like something that would just collect leaves and stuff and would constantly need cleaning out

or snow, even without a cowl snow gets caught right there quit a bit
