Good time to get rid of it, since it looks like you need paint anyway. At least remove it and see if you actually miss it for a few months. I’ll bet you won’t. When my rear window gets too dirty to see out of, I just wash the truck. Actually it never gets that bad.
I actually use mine sometimes. Not that I’d miss it but I do use it. I’ve had the vehicle for... 8 months? And I’ve taken it thru a car wash once or twice. I do need paint, but what I’m gonna wind up doing is just having the whole SUV done in white bedliner.

Parts for the Escalade and the Duramax delivered today. Duramax parts (blue) are enroute to the shop in SoCal that is working on it.

Escalade parts are at home staged and ready to get them installed when I am back in town. Other Escalade pieces are @ the powder coat shop.

RainX works great just lather it on good with a double coat wear gloves or your dead (it's very very Toxic stuff according to the label )
Clean the Glass very well before use so it works good

only use it on the Rear glass or windshield. (places were people will not touch)

Tried to do a cleaned install and wire up my heated steering wheel the other day and its not working. Ended up cutting off the plug at the end of the clockspring(the one that goes into the harness for gm trucks that where equipped with heated wheels) and running ground and power. I used this to try get power from the side fuse box, but got nothing.

Don't worry. I'm sure it is only poisonous in California where Brent lives. Everything is poisonous according to California.
