Longer PF46 filter equivalent?

Anyone know of a longer equivalent to the PF46? brand dont matter.

The "E" demotes the addition of a check valve to prevent drain back. Not an issue on a 5.3.

If you look real close and have a nats ass timer you should also see a very slight delay for the oil pressure to build with the longer filter but that will not make a lick of difference for your engine. I have seen that with bigger oil filters on other engines in my day but may not be anything to even think about on the 5.3L

^^^ I always fill my filter, prior to spinning on. No delay and dry start up. After that, the filter will always be full on the 5.3 or any engine with the filter mounted vertically with opening up.

What's the pro to using a larger filter? More filter capacity? Are there any downsides?
