So randomly stumbled upon truck guys putting nnbs Tahoe front ends on trucks. Has anybody ever gone the other way with a truck front end on their Tahoe/Yukon?

never in person, but you got me interersted. Google didnt come up with silverado swaps, but NNBS Sierra looks damn good! if i ever had a need to replace my front end parts I would totally buy Sierra parts.

I loved my nnbs Sierra 2500HD front end. Would be neat to do plus gain a metal bumper.

I never understood why GM didnt just carry over the truck front ends on the tahoe/yukon... save some tooling and parts costs.. worked fine until 2002..

I think the truck front clips only look good on a lifted SUV since it has more of a tough/rugged appeal. Inversely, the Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade front clips look more befitting on lowered SUVs. A lifted or even stock height truck with an SUV front looks conflicting.

Like the Flat nose on the hybrid is more truck like (like the serria)

the normal nnbs has that late 1990s sedan vibe to it (too much bumper depth)

plus the flat nose is a bit more common on todays trucks and cars
