Digging the build thread. Some nice work and good parts scores as well. And the FFDP version is pretty solid IMHO!

Thanks Fosscore. It helps I work in a bodyshop and we scrape and wrote off vehicles for parts. There's still few mods I want to do yet. Headlights ,led lighting , lower it a bit , dual exhaust , 20'' rims , dual batteries. Trying do it on a budget.

So my blend door actuator died. So I pulled it off and turned the blend door by hand. Then today I was getting cold air from the front on the driver's side , so I did a relearn on it and it works again. The video I used.

Looks good! I bought @Fosscore ’s catch can he had for sale. Should get delivered tomorrow. Any advice on install or a write up on the install? I’ve never done one so this is new territory!
Stupid easy to install. The worst was trying to find a spot that I was happy with for draining and routing the hoses. I used about 6ft of 3/8 fuel line for the hoses. Hook up the in port on the can to the pcv valve located at the back of the diver's side valve cover , the out port goes to the intake where the old hose was. I tried to run my hoses where the fuel line connects to the fuel rail on the intake. My reason for that is the covers fit with the fuel line there....lol. I started routing the out hose first since I figured that would be the worst line to do and it's also the longest for how I mounted my can.

I say differently. I installed an aftermarket head unit and I’m still able to use the factory rear entertainment system.

Haven't been on here in awhile. Not a lot to update. Have to replace the tranny if gave up the ghost a couple of weeks ago. Came across a Denali in our wrecking yard grabbed the cluster (needs rebuilt) , dash bezel , console. We also have pretty trashed SS truck in the yard so I gabbed that cluster too. Really liking the white face gauges but not real keen on the needles , might swap the needles off the Denali gauges. Hoping to have a tranny swapped in by the end of the weekend. Will post a pic of the dash and console when I finish the console swap.

I have the white gauge face on my escalade cluster. With blue needles and the silver needle gases it looks really good.
