I don’t blame you.Forgot I never posted completed pictures of the Avalanche I finished and sold.
Sent it to the body shop to have the fender fixed. Got it all put back together. After further inspection of the paint. I am assuming my brother in law drove it in the rain with the brake pads metal to metal. There were tiny rust spots all over the truck. I ended wet sanding and buffing to bring the old paint back to match the new fender and blended door.
Man it turned out really nice! I kinda wanted to keep that one.

Find anything good under there?This one needed a trans rebuild and quite a few other odds and ends. It has turned out nice so far. Paint still needs some attention but it keeps raining. I might be using the rain as an excuse at this point. Lol
I wasn’t planning on pulling the carpet in this truck but a leak across the top of the windshield filled the floors and down the door jams full of water. This was happening before I bought it and found out why it had a musty smell. So here we go again... haha!

Yes and no... I like rebuilding them as a hobby and if I make money that’s a plus.

The buttons were so wore that the stickers didn’t cover the edges and the colors showed through. So scraped the remaining black off the buttons then taped the light output area so I could paint the edges. I had read where the stickers prohibited light from showing through easily. So the paint was for the edges and then I used the stickers.
