Anyone ever mounted a Silverado rear bumper on their NBS?

I've got a Frontier Gear rear bumper for a 99-06 Silverado which you'd think would mount up on a GMT800 Tahoe, but alas - the rear mounting brackets are different.

Has anyone modified a Silverado/Sierra bumper to fit on their SUV? I'm waiting on better weather to crawl under and start measuring the difference between that and OEM, but if anyone has any experience on the matter I'd love to hear your advice (and hopefully measurements!)

Not a definitive answer but id assume that the frames (in the rear) are the same and you can just get some truck bumper brackets and modify them to fit, they may be a closer fit than the tahoe bumper brackets.

But you know what happens when we assUme...

But that's a pic of a ram, or that just an example?
Iirc they bolt straight up and line up with the frame for half tons. Like all years 99-14, some need slight shaving on the bumper itself. But i think the 2500/3500 the brackets are positioned differently

Again I'm not 100% positive
