Helping a friend with his 2006 Suburban LTZ. He wants a wireless (not really wireless) backup camera added to his factory head unit. It is the touchscreen version with navigation. I've looked online a little already and could only find some older posts concerning an interface that costs around $350. Didn't know if there was another way to go about it.

So far I found a product from NavTool as the PAC vci gm2 is discontinued. I also found a PAC VCI-X on ebay but don't know if that will work or not.

Curious where this has gone. Also, had a thought... Anybody ever put a camera here?

VCI-X will work; that's the one I used. On the opposite side of the blue Pac label it has gm 2 on it.
