thats just to see what they look like. iirc, they were like 1.80 each at pepboys, think i spent like 8 bucks on 4 clips and bolts to mount my fog lights with being the fogs and hardware were missing when i took ownership of it.

and the air dam, i just looked at mine before, thats the clip type that it mounts with 100%. make sure you get the larger head bolts too. its only plastic to plastic, may as well make it as strong as you can of a connection.
Any way you can get a good underneath shot of all that

it snowed here yesterday, so tomorrow it should be dry enough to get on the ground for a pic.

i just peeked in at the front wheel, seen them 2 end clips clear as day.

Yeah, on 2 ends are those clips with screws and along bottom of plastic is a lip and every foot or so it snaps into the plastic lip. My 01 didnt have the slots so i just drilled holes near the air deflector slots and ty-wrapped it on. I trimmed mine for my plow. If you zoom in you’ll see where factory clips molded into plastic top bumper piece should be. @BADRIDES

I gotta get that air dam. Looks good.
It changes the look of the front in a good way. I'd say watch for curbs being lowered. I bolted mine up on both ends with a bolt and nut and used some self taping screws from Oreillys for the rest. It's on nice and solid.

i finally got my pcm pinned so i can read my wide band via the egr port. then spent more time figuring out how to make it read right in hptuners.

for any of you guys who tune, maybe you might know this one.

05 tahoe has no egr, so i had to enable it in the tune to get a reading off it, now my afr at idle is a bit richer, like 14.1- 14-3 where before turning on the egr it was 14.6 - 14.8

i also disabled the diags for the egr. not sure if theres a another egr part that needs to be turned off still.

Lost one of my wheel center caps... Darn platinum caps are expensive. Looks stupid without it though. Thinking about trying out all blanks instead of the OEM caddy logo ones, seems I can get a set of those for fairly cheap.

Installed new LED DRL's, new LED signal bulbs (front and back), and LED reverse lights. Now suffering from Hyperflash so installing the Novita LM487 flasher relay once I find my 8mm socket this afternoon.

Also installed a new K&N air filter as mine was filthy but found the top lid of the intake box is broken. It doesn't seem to be affecting anything as it seals shut but I'm contemplating getting a whole new box. ~$140 as they don't sell the top lid separately.

Taken a short break as its just rained here in NorCal... shocker I know!

Ill bet you can find used ones for next to nothing from the guys with aftermarket intakes.

I have that flasher. Works good.

Bummer. That rear main seal gets expensive pretty quick. I've got a slow leak in that area that I am hoping is not that...

Great idea. I'll have a look on eBay to see if I can pick one up. Maybe a local junk yard might have one for cheap. I'm not sure it's worth replacing the whole intake box for that much.

Was installing the LED lights and checking brakes and realised my third brake light is missing half the LED's. Now replacing it with a Black Housing/Smoke Lens LED one (Thank you Amazon Prime!)

Yeah.. it'll be about $1k figuring they have to drop the front differential to get to the pan. Then they have to remove the transmission for the rear main seal. I don't like leaks, but the truck is giving me plenty!
