Hello,

Recently got some long tube headers installed however after a few weeks. The y pipe is hitting the transmission crossmember.

Any suggestions on how to get more clearance without replacing the motor/transmission mount?

Loosen up the connections... Push the Pipe where you want it..
Support or space it from the frame rail with a piece of 2x4
Then start snugging up the connections a bit at a time...
I had to do this a few times to get stuff just right when
I installed my Kooks headers and Y pipe/Crossover with cats
a few years ago
