Wiring help

Ok guys first off I'm new to the forum. I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place, and if not then I apologize. Anyway, I have a 2003 Tahoe Z71. It's got a few problems I'm working on but one in particular I need a little help with. Alright, so I was under the impression that I needed a new window motor for the front passenger door. So I rip the door panel off over the weekend and encounter a big ole problem. A harness that plugs into the controllers is missing.. and there are four wires that a stripped and not connected to anything. I don't know what they are, but my window doesn't go up or down, the mirror blinker doesn't work and I can't adjust my mirror. I've attached a couple pictures. If you need better pictures just let me know. Any help identifying what's missing or what these wire do would be a great help. Thanks in advance, Tommy.

Your best bet would likely be to visit your local UPull and grab the connector and either the full door harness or just the connectors and pigtails you are lacking. Be sure to pull one from a truck with like options.

That's actually a really smart idea.. I have no clue why I didn't think about it. I've been searching high and low on the net for what it is and where to get one.
