I have an '03 with 143,000. It's had to have a trans rebuild, new speedo gauge, rear air control thing, radio, seat cable, abs sensor, and of course the minor stuff like spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, etc

Forgot to mention it's a 4.8

200,433 miles currently, 2002 hoe
i've only replaced the tranny and a fuel pump.

seafoam, tb cleaning, pcv valve and a clean air filter keeps its running stong.

think i may need tie rods but may just be in need of an alignment. i'll fond put next week

2002 Z71 - 163,000 miles

Thermostat, water pump, power steering pump done at 130,000.

Synthetic oil changed like clock work every 6,000 miles. Hoping to hit 200,000 then will probably buy a 08-09 tahoe.

85K on a 2003 Yukon Denali - we just bought it and I am hoping it will last a looooong time without any major problems. 3,300 total operating hours according to the computer.

188,000+ on the 2000 Yukonillac. Put a tranny in it this spring. And uh...body panels after a mishap on I-75.

Had a 1995 Z71 pick-up. Bought it new and drove it 387,000+. Original drivetrain. Local guy has it now with over 460,000. He put a tranny in it. That was a great truck.
