Which wheel finish do you think looks better? Bright chrome or black chrome?

Looking at these for a winter set as PVD chrome doesn't pit or peel compared to traditional chrome.

i've got the new 2015 wheels in 22" PVD black chrome and PVD chrome coming...

I had pvd black chrome before and it started to discolor tarnish over time. They may be better at it now. This was like 4 -5 years ago.
