which lower front bumper is this?

anyone know which bumper this is? I was thinking about a SS bumper but came across this on cardomain. looks pretty good painted.

Since we are looking at the front end, is the billet grill modification of the bolt over variety versus the retrofit version?

Probably a bolt over stock kind. However it doesn't fit very well.
As for the lower valance I would check street scene.

Thanks, just bought a 2004 and was looking at the billet grills this morning. I will order the replacement version.
