wheels wobble in tight turn.

hello its been a while but im back.

i been having a problem with my 2001 tahoe. while driving everything seens normal, no sings of anything. when i reverse out of my driveway, parking lot or a tight turn like a drive thru. the wheel feel like they wobble or shift sideways. what could this be and how can i prevent this from happening again? i appreciate any help given.
