I`m not sure whose truck that is but those are original GM wheels back in 2005. I could be wrong on the year but i`m pretty sure these are them.

After looking around a bit more the GM part number for that wheel is 5238.

Yeah those were stock on many 2005 and 2006 GM trucks and SUVs. There wheel designation is ck805. Almost bought a set for my truck two years ago from another member but wasn’t ready to make the jump from 17s to 20s then. I like those wheels a lot though. Really simple yet classy look on a Denali.

I have those on my 05 Denali with 275/55 20s. Pretty awesome wheels, but I have to get the inside lip of one buffed and resealed every couple years or my tire loses air. Apparently that happens fairly often. Looked online to find a replacement, but these wheels are nearly impossible to find online and pretty expensive. Pic with my old potato camera from last year...
