There's a chance it is this one:

On mine, the same 3 nuts that secure the mount to the truck is the same as the one that secures the top of the shock to the mount.
When I recently replaced my struts the top nuts on the new ones were smaller than the factory ones but the studs were the same size so I kept the factory nuts to use on them and recycled the new nuts into my "Tahoe spare fasteners" washer jug.
