Before you send it make sure none of them have cavities or are implants. 
Can you see the paint on the pinion toofs?
What are those steel blocks in between the pinion gears?

I just got my rearend rebuilt too! Tru trac posi with 4.56s! WOW what a difference I should’ve done that a longggg time ago! I can’t wait to change the fluid and put a couple more miles on it so I can get on her and see what she’s got at WOT I ain’t broke 2500-3000rpm breaking it in but even just that I’m very impressed with how much better she gets up and goes

Alright fellas, I'm going to send it. Sure, we could take it all apart and put in a shim with a few more thousandths to get that pattern a little closer to center but not sure it's worth the work based on your expert input. Thanks!
For someone that's worked on a lot of gear sets along the way, that looks pretty good! Send it!

Could someone please explain to a dummy what the yellow stuff is, the significance of the meshing marks, and why the concensus is to send it out as is? TIA.

It's just an oil based yellow paint. You want the meshing pattern more-or-less centered on the ring gear teeth, but it's better to have on the inside (smaller, inner radius) because under load, the small deformations and forces push the pattern outward (towards the outer diameter.)
You also want the marking pattern centered, depth-wise. Too close down to the heel of the ring gear I think generates too much friction, and too far out can cause the teeth to break off since only the points of the teeth mesh and transfer load. These a general guidelines, of course.
That's from my recollection of me watching YT videos on the subject...and regearing an axle in my garage.
