What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Gonna be doing a rear brake job on the denali soom, squeelin like a pig! Also need to get on buying the rest of the parts to switch over the front brake setup to '07+ style! Only having the passenger front caliper isn't cutting it I guess! hahaha

This past weekend my '00 Burban got a quick tune for e-fans, calibrate the MAP and Fuel trims, as well as delete the EGR (kept fighting a vacuum leak at the intake). I then tackled the oil pan gasket, new oil pump seal, and new water pump (pickup up a solid 5psi of oil pressure). All to find out the rear main seal is leaking too. Lovely. Man she drives SUPER smooth after the tune though. That tune was worth every penny. With all the goodies, I'm hoping for some decent gas mileage come our family vacation this weekend!

Oh got a new instrument cluster that has a working message center.

Thanks guys. I'm just glad I I'm in a little better situation now so I can mod the truck. It has been a struggle since I sold my Camaro.lol

Truck looks super nice!!!! Doesn't that painted third brake light appliqué together with the Esky Vents totally change the look of the truck!!!

Thx Jochen. Yeah that applique' just tied in the Esky vents and rack so nicely. Your posted pics many months ago were a great inspiration. Makes all the difference, including the other painted pieces too. Pretty happy with this outcome. Feels like a win!

Definitely a win.

I like mine a lot and I personally like it better than the ESKY third brake light mod, .............. at.least on my rig. (A lot cheaper too).

After looking at your pics, I may have to paint my grill now as well and color match it.

Yes I like the way the back end all flows together. I contemplated the third brake light mod but figured the cost and hassle and am super pleased with the outcome as it stands now. That wiper is asking to get deleted for an even cleaner look!

Do your grill. Your color will give even more flow and perhaps contrast if you choose to paint the insert black. My insert is gloss black and matches the lower valance with the fog lights. I'll look forward to your pics...

I will definitely think about painting the chrome part of the grill.

My insert is already black, as this is the way the Yukon came from the factory.
