Did some test fitting of the newer 03+ style center console I picked up a couple months ago. I'm planning to trim the original glove box lower plastic area to fit this console. I've searched for the correct style on ebay and some local yards and the price they want for it is just insane, so they can keep them lol....

Looks great! I've always liked the 03-06 console better just because of the lid for it. Much cleaner look IMO.

Limo on back 5 and 50% on front 2 (Minnesota legal) just washed and getting ready to put her in the back of the shop.....

Last weekend I did a paint correction and applied OptiCoat 2.0 to the front of the truck (front doors, fender, hood, bumper, grill). Now just need to do the rear of the truck.

Replaced rear pads/rotors/parking brakes with Power Slot rotors and Hawk LTS pads with new parking brakes. Painted all four calipers gloss black and rotated the tires. The stupid parking brake hold down clip bolt broke on me, so I had to get left hand drill bits and easy out. Managed to get it out after about 30 mins of screwing with it, what a pain in the a$$ design from GM!!! Glad to have an actual working parking brake now and new rear brakes match the front. Sure there will be some noticed stopping distance
