Adding a 770cca battery in the factory secondary battery location with all wiring. Looks easy. Just trying to prepare for Irene. Suppose to hit tomorrow and want to ensure my truck will be able to start after running some important medical equipment all night through the truck via a converter. Also using Craftsman C3 tools and car charger to help get me through the hurricane.

Mike, that looks so incredibly awesome!! I've never wanted to swap overlays or switch over to an Esky cluster because I've never found the lettering to be what I wanted!! For the first time I am actually tempted to switch mine over to this!! Nicely done and thanks for posting up a pic!!

Put a new battery in my Tahoe. When I bought it a year ago it had a 75...I bought an AAA 78 from work (since I work for an AAA independent roadside service contractor) & installed it.

my steering went out-ish. when i would turn the wheel there was no resistance. it was a little scary because i would overcompensate at highway speeds and end up in the other lane. turns out there is a steering sensor around the steering shaft. i think it was $35, new one in and she drives good again.

Got a link for the part? I might like to try that out.

put in some purple keys finally!

That looks really good! Right where I want the front of mine. Lmk if you're ever interested in trading your wheel/tire setup, hehe.

Last weekend I had my windows re-tinted. The first time was 20% all around, then I had to strip the front doors. This time I did 5% over the factory privacy glass and left the doors untinted. It's definitely an adjustment. A backup camera is coming very soon :)
