replaced the blower resistor and blower resistor harness on the 05, but still has same issue as the old one, adjusts fan speed 1/2/3 fine but 3/4 are both nigh speed and stays at high speed until you turn it off and start over so I am thinking it must be the control panel.
re-installed some led bar fog lights I had for it and fixed the bracket so they would stay where they are supposed to, before they would turn and point the wrong direction because the bracket was worn out.
and discovered the steering gear box is leaking looks like it's probably the output shaft, it needs a new pitman arm anyway so probably going to try and find a dry used one at the junkyard and need to buy a pitman arm puller

I would not waste any money on a used steering box. Get you a blue top steering box, best steering box money can buy, Autozone, Napa, etc can't come close to it.

Blue top, who is that from? I have a redhead ported box in my RCSB and it's amazing! Would not hesitate to get one for the Tahoe either.

Better get a super beefy pitman arm puller. Those ******* DO NOT wanna come off without a fight--although you are in Cali, so it might be easier. MAYBE.....

ya it's gonna be a couple weeks or longer before I get to it, it's not a major leak but it's making a mess of the undercarriage, no rust here
